8. International Orders, Duties & Customs

For shipments outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Crinière and may vary depending on local regulations, customs processing, and carrier requirements.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return and refund policies and applicable consumer law.

Please do not send products back without first submitting a return request through our EU returns portal or receiving return instructions from our support team.

10. EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days from the date they receive the order, without giving a reason, subject to exceptions allowed by law.
